FAQ Client

What is a project?

Each order must belong to a project, so a project is required to place an order. A project can serve as a campaign, or be assigned to a client, site, and product.

From the menu click on “project” to go to your projects page. You will get an overview of the orders per project according to their status :

  • Draft: order registered but not validated or paid for
  • In the basket: the order is validated but not paid for
  • In progress: the order is being drafted and should be published soon
  • Published: the order is online. You must have received an email notifying you of the article URL

To create a new project, click on “Create Project,” give it a name (required) and a description (optional).

How to place an order ?

You must first have created a project. There are 2 ways to place an order :

  • Quick order (recommendation according to your budget)

    From your Dashboard Netlinking click on “Quick Order.” The form allows you to let us choose next :

    1. Language
    2. The theme
    3. Your budget

    Save time on ordering. We will choose for you the best site (best rated by our algorithm) according to your budget.

  • From the “Sites” page

    You can access our entire catalogue. We wanted to make the search for spots as simple as possible, with a basic search by language, theme, and keywords. The advanced search allows you to perform a more refined search of Trust Flow, Citation Flow, and your budget.

  • The order form

    Explanation of the fields :

     

    1. Your project: the project in which this order will be placed
    2. Order name (required)
    3. URL of the link to be inserted, insert http://
    4. Anchor of the link :
      • Unspecified: the editor can insert the link where he wants in the text
      • URL: the editor must insert the link on the given URL
      • Optimized: the editor must insert the link on the given keyword
    5. Briefing: the writer needs a briefing to know the information you want to convey, tone, style, etc..
    6. The language: defined beforehand by the selected site
    7. Final price: the price includes the writing for a 500-word article (by default). The minimum required is 300 words. Prices in euros.

How is the price of a link calculated?

The price of a link is calculated either according to :

  • From its metrics Trust Flow, Citation Flow, Domaines référents, Backlinks
    the client chooses to trust our algorithm
  • Of the price chosen by the publisher plus our margin.

What are the different possible link anchors ?

  • Unspecified: the editor can insert the link where he wants in the text
  • URL: the editor must insert the link on the given URL
  • Optimized: the editor must insert the link on the given keyword

What are the order statuses?

  • Draft: order registered but not validated or paid for

  • Published: the order is online. You must have received an email notifying you of the article URL

What happens if I can’t find a site corresponding to my research?

If you can’t find sites that match your search, try removing filters. It may be that we do not have any spots to offer you for your criteria, in this case you can send us an email to contact@transeo.io specifying your search criteria.

What type of site do we accept ?

We only accept sites whose owner has an account on the platform. All sites in our catalogue must have an SSL certificate.

Is the Transeo platform secure?

We validate each customer registration manually after a telephone interview, authentication, and an understanding of their needs. We do not display the URLs of the sites in our catalogue in order to respect the partnership and the confidentiality agreement.

Is the Transeo platform secure?

The publisher has 5 working days to publish your article on his site and indicate us the URL. If this deadline has passed, please notify us at contact@transeo.io.

Where do I find my bills?

All your invoices are saved and can be downloaded from the menu on the “Invoices” page.

How long is a link online

The information is indicated on the site catalogue in the “Link” column. It is the choice of the publisher to determine the lifetime of the link.

Where can I change my password/my bank details/my details?

From your account, top right, by clicking on your name you can change your profile and password.

To change the company’s contact information, click on “Options” on the left menu and then “Your company”.
